WELCOME TO THE NEIGHBORHOOD PACKET: We have the opportunity to create a “Welcome to the Neighborhood” packet for all of the incoming renters in the new mill apartment buildings. WEBA is creating a folder/packet that Chinburg will give to each incoming renter. It’s a great chance to offer a deal, share your menu, or create new leads for your business.
If you are interested in showcasing your business, please create 100 copies of a paper marketing item (flyer, menu, postcard, etc) that is specifically designed for the new tenants and bring it to our December meeting. Maybe a 10% off Welcome to the Neighborhood coupon.
PLEASE BRING 100 COPIES OF YOUR PROMO MATERIALS TO THE NEXT WEBA MEETING DECEMBER 12TH.
NEW BUILDING PROJECTS: There are two other housing projects in the works in our area. In 2018, the Cate Street condos project will break ground. Chinberg also has another project in the works after the mill apartments are complete on Chevrolet Avenue. These two projects will bring an additional 60-100 units to our neighborhood.
CITY ELECTIONS: It was nice to see so many people participating in the political process this year. We most candidates responded to our surveys and it was really nice to be able to get together as an association and make a recommendation of candidates who we believe well represent the interests of the West End. We look forward to being able to repeat this process in the future.
HAVEN: Mary Downs from HAVEN stopped by to share info about their services. If anyone needs support, please reach out. 603-994-7233
FUNDRAISING EVENT: Thursday, December 21st from 4:30-6:30 pm is a fundraiser for Casa New Hampshire at Bowl-a-rama.
