ISLINGTON STREET LAB
A letter to the editor this week spoke strongly against the project and lamented the lack of public input with an insinuation that the project was designed by and for one particular business. There were many opportunities for public input in this project and we feel we need to do a better job of connecting with more local businesses to increase awareness and participation in our projects.
The crosswalk will return for a 30-day trial with traffic cameras to monitor the impact on traffic flow. We anticipate a significant reduction in traffic disruption without the parking spaces in front of Port City Barbers and Harbour Light Strategic Marketing since vehicular traffic will be able to make unobstructed right turns.
Welcome to the neighborhood, Fishnet Media. Fishnet is working with Red Post Realty to improve our website and promotion of the West End identity. Thank you Fishnet!
Not a new business, but a new venture: New Hampshire Theatre Project has taken over the West End Studio Theatre. They are excited to host more community events that feature all the West End has to offer!
Safe Harbor Recovery Center is hosting their ribbon cutting TONIGHT at 5:30 pm. Welcome to the West End and thank you for all of the good work that you do.
