Portsmouth Music and Arts Center is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit community music and arts school. PMAC offers individual instruction, ensembles and classes in music and visual arts to students of all ages. In addition, PMAC offers many free concerts, art exhibits, our West End Master Series, Jazz Institute and guest artists.
