July 9th, 2019 Islington Corridor Improvement Project: Water shutdowns and replacement with temporary water line are in progress. The one-way detour commenced Monday. Year One of this two-year project is section currently underway from Bartlett Street to Spinney Road. The budget for Phase II (Bartlett Street to Dover Street) has yet to be submitted or approved. WEST END PARKING: Dan Umbro of Fishnet Media spoke to the Pilot Parking Program that gained some initial traction among some West End residents, but ultimately failed to get the required number of signature for the petition.
